The theme for this month is “senses.” That can include sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. I am focusing on sight, with my eyes.
I have a major problem looking into people’s eyes when talking to them. It just makes me highly uncomfortable and nervous. I am also not a fan of wearing makeup, but sometimes I do like how they make my eyes stand out. Unfortunately, I feel like my glasses hide that so I wear makeup even less for that reason.
You have very beautiful eyes sweetie, you should let people look into them more often. That said, I know what you mean, it can make you feel acutely uncomfortable. xxx
Eye contact used to be a huge problem for me too, especially with Sir. I imagined he could see my thoughts, and I wasn’t comfortable with that level of intimacy.
Now I could stare into his eyes for hours getting lost in what I find.
I know just how you feel, I struggle with that too! I wear make-up only when I’m on stage.

I love the image with the glasses, they seem to frame the shape of your eye perfectly.

Simple and beautiful, your eyes are so expressive!
I wear make-up when I leave the house, but actually very little. I only use a color pencil and mascara. As for not looking people in the eyes when talking? I struggle with that too!

I think I love the last picture most. You have lovely eyes.
I’m not much of a makeup wearer either! Personally I prefer the more natural look. You have beautiful eyes made up or not they have the most wonderful colour.

Very clever pictures . . . and our eyes can give away so much can’t they???

You have beautiful eyes.
I understand your dislike of eye contact, they are the windows to our soul after all.
You have lovely eyes! I really like the photo with your glasses on. There’s something special about seeing your eye, looking slightly down, through the glass.
Great photos. Such detail & focus.
You have lovely eyes. 🙂

I know that feeling all too well. I rarely make eye contact. You have gorgeous eyes. I don’t think the glasses hide them. More like frame their beauty. 😉
I like this a lot, and I know what you mean about looking people in the eye – it is tough x
I love macro images of eyes, I think they’re beautiful and intriguing. As for making eye contact, I hate people looking into my eyes too, only one person has managed to break that barrier down.
